From the outside when you first arrive on the property, you think you are getting this beautiful, peaceful environment only to be fooled. Noisy! ghetto! People hanging out in the parking lot at night. Sensors not set correctly on lights, so you arrive home at night to a dark entrance way. Security is shady doors are practically pulled off the hinges from someone trying to break in you would think management would have fixed it by now. Hallways are smelly and dirty. Management has a rude entitlement attitude. Definately not a luxury apartment when your apartment shakes when your neighbor's spin cycle is running! I don't need an alarm my neighbor is my alarm clock when they get up in the morning to shower. Yep I smell a ghetto community well on it's way. Sometimes the lowest bidder is not always the best. Hallways were just painted and they are still a mess.
