Not Bad, Could be alot better

This place is Ok with me. Although it is a little small, it is good for the time being. The grounds are kept nice and the apartments themselves are fairly new. With that said, there are a few things that are not so good about this place. Maybe it is just me but here are a few of the cons that I have with the place.

1. Maintenence- Good for fixing small things that the average person over the age of 5 can fix. I only see one Dude working as "maintenence man". All the "major" stuff gets handed over to the real professionals who really know how to do home maintenence.

2. Ghetto Tenants- Not a major problem to me but you can definantly spot the ghetto people around here. You know its ghetto when you gotta add your extended family onto your lease, just to avoid having to pay the guest pass fee for The tiny pool. Also when I go to work in the morning the person that lives beside me is blarring the stereo at 7am Im talkin about BASS rocking the walls.

3. There "was" a major Ant problem in my apartment when I moved in I say "was" cause I played exterminatior and had to spray the apartment myself with That home defense spray (which really does work) you may have seen the commercials.

When I move into a new apartment there are 3 things that I check for
1. Does the cable still work from the previous tenants' LOL
2. Does the Bathroom look comfortable for those long episodes on the can' lol and last but not least!
3. Are there any holes in the walls or droppings from RODENTS!!!

Everything was all good until one day I was tidying up around the house and I see what appears to be mouse turds. I brush it off and go on about my business and I looka and I see another turd, then next room see another. Since it was not a mass abundence of mice droppings I thought nothing of it until one night I came home and I saw a little mouse run under the fridge. I pulled out the fridge and I saw no mouse and no mouse droppings. Since I was tired I went to bed and decided to continue my search the next day. I pulled out the stove and There was a big ASS hole in the wall and A WHOLE lotta MOUSE **** So I played maintenence man and patched the hole up and Then I put on the exterminator hat again and placed traps down for the unwanted guest. 2 days later I had the BAby Field mouse in my trap, so I will give the apartment the benifit of the doubt since they are located in the woods, and I live on the ground floor it loooks like he just got in somehow, there doesnt seem to be an infestation or a family of mice. It has been 6 weeks and no turds or no mice.

Bottom line this place is nice there seems to be some good people living here but there also seems to be some riff raff. The leasing office staff is HOOD and the maintenence is ok if you need a lightbulb changed or something minor. I will be exploring other options when my lease is up, but for now it is not that bad. Just invest in that home defense spray if you intend on staying on the bottom level.
