From day one I new made a mistake moving in! There were stains on the carpet, overspray on the walls... it looked like they did touch-up paint with spray paint and no tape! Also, it took 3 weeks to get the back burner element for the stove. The first night, all you could hear was car alarms and hoodlums milling around. They advertise nightly security patrols, it is actually the police looking for someone!

The tenants have no respect or regard for where the live, or for other people. Instead of throwing the trash into the dumpsters, the just throw it on the ground around the dumpster, even if the dumpster is empty. Most of the time they are too lay to even open the door to the dumpster and throw the bags over the wall, where the break all over the ground on impact! I think all summer long the grass was mowed maybe 6 times. The want you to pick up after your dogs, will find you if you don't... but they NEVER refill the doggy bag thing.

The "maintenance" man is barely capable of fixing a light, in fact the light in the hall burned out... 2 work orders and 3 weeks later, I fixed the damn thing myself. The hallways smell like dog crap and booze, and the staff is rude! The tell you something different everytime you walk in and are NEVER there. Any dealings with them, get everything in writing and have them sign, they will still lie and say it's not what they said even after you show them their own signature!!!

I am a tennat here and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. I am treated kind by the staff so therefore they receive kindness back. My hallways are always clean and the grounds are kept up. I have NEVER seen trash on or around the dumpster unless the wind blows hard, which is uncontrollable. Also you have to remember that we live around a lot of trees and animals do come out at night. I have seen possums and racoons attack the dumpster but maintenance cleans it up the next day or as soon as they see it. Yes there could be a little bit more space but try your luck at any of the other complexes along Fairbrook and you will cry and run back to The Reserve.

Could you be a little less obvious. What resident would get on here and defend these apartments in such a way as you are. Seems like you are finding someway to defend this place if somebody sees a fault. This place is not perfect and the average person will see that, and not try to defend something they don't have to, unless you are someone that works here. So either you are on the payroll or you really love It here. Oh by the way I don't think raccoons and possums would stack the garbage beside the dumpster in piles. More like rats Rugrats!! And lazy people. Also I would hate to feel the wind that can blow a tv or mattress out the dumpster. Face it this place is not all that. *this is to the person that responded to the original review* original poster was right on point

No I am not a leasing agent....and yes I really love it here. Like I said maybe on your side there are problems but on my side there are not. We keep it clean. I don't patrol the neighborhood doing inspections...that is not my job but I don't see mattresses outside of the dumpster. Thank goodness I don't live where you do. Look I am not on here to battle with you. I just thought that I would give my positive response enlight of all the bad ones.

You are free to give your positive response; however, I would agree with the comments before you... there is trash all over this place. I've had trash left at the bottom of the stairs when I came out of my apartment. And the place isn't that big, so their is no excuse as to why "your side" is so much better, except for the fact that you probably live in the same building as the maintenance or the leasing staff. And you need to get out a little more, there are places so much better than this and right there in Windsor Mill.
