It is me I am the one who posted before the previous post. I told you that I would give you my honest review about this place, so here I am to fulfill my promise to you.

First off I must say that when I moved to these apartments it was a spur of the moment thing, I had no time to research the property, all I know is that it was the best/newest complex out of the Many in the immediate area. When I say immediate I mean the fairbrook rd stretch. And when I say best I am talking about looks! Like bell, biv, d voe said. "never trust a big butt and smile, that girl is poison". Or basically "don't judge a book by it's cover". Those sayings hold true to this complex.

Two things you should know about this area

1. If you hate comcast as much as I do. Too bad cause if you want tv, and/or Internet you gotta rely on good ole comcast. No verizon fios or DSL service available. You can get direct tv or dish but you have to be facing the correct way. Also if you get a dish make sure you love it like a child because you will have to add him on the lease and pay some odd monthly fee to let him stand outside (common ground). They wanted me to pay something like $38.62/month to have

him stand on common ground. So I moved it cause I would rather be told to remove the dish immediatley than to have them say "it's not allowed, but give us some extra $$, and it will be ok".

2. If you have small children and one just happens to be in kindergarten look for your children to be going to seperate schools, the main elementary school does not have kindergarten. This may not be a problem for most but it was kinda a hassle for me.

Again the top 2 things have nothing to do with the apartments, just some things to consider about the area.

Now to the aparments!!!

As stated before these apartment are one if the best looking in the Windsor mill area. Each entry is secured. Never had problems with the front entry door being propped open or broken. The one thing that I dislike about the entry door is when you "buzz" someone in it's not like the traditional bzzz and click it's more like feedback from the phone you have to pick up to hear who it is and a random tug to see If you can come in. Never seen a intercom entry system like that. Also if the power is out, you will not get in. I found this out one night when the power went out and people were waiting outside to get in there apartments. The hallway is nice, it was apparently upgraded there are sometimes when people drop stuff and don't pick it up but nothing to complain about hallways are kept clean for the most part.

I have a two bedroom apt with a patio and for some reason the master bedroom looks smaller than the other room. The leasing person tried to explain why this is, however I don't think he knew what the he'll he was talking about. The
Master bedroom was designed by a 2nd grader because if you want to go to the bathroom you have to shut your bedroom door to even attempt to get to the bathroom. And the room just has two windows in the corner''' Same for the laundry area stacked full size washer and dryer, but no where to store a hamper or laundry detergent or any room to seperate clothes I use the 2nd bathroom to do all that. The tile on the floor for the kitchen and entry way is tacky looks like something you are supposed to see on the floor at walmart. The kitchen is small no cabinet space. Bathrooms come with toilet seats made out of Tupperware, sat down on the lid one day to tie my shoe and it sunk in kinda felt like I was sittin on a frisbee. The maitrnence guy that they have now is good but he is only one man they need full staff like any other complex I am not too fond of the office staff, RUDE!!! And ghetto and you can tell em I said it. Obviously I'm not the only one. Oh yeah the community must have a problem with habitual late payments on rent, cause everytime I turn around there is some ghetto promotion "pay your rent by the 2nd" and get a gift card! I will be the first to admit that I have been late a few times with my rent but I'm talking couple of days not 1 month behind and I am willing to accept the consequences, when life comes at you fast you have to make some decisions and that is my reason for being tardy. Anyway I could go on and on about this place but I am being dispatched out to a call right now so in closing I will say that this is a farely new complex, good price, ladscaped grounds, not too ghetto, but it has it's day's. Living area is ok for single bacheloor/bachelorette. I would not recomend this place to someone with more than a family of 3. For me personally this just doesn't cut it. Also I think the office staff needs to touch up on customer service skills but you can't blame them blame the company they work for there probably saying "We already let them live here rent free" you want us to train them too! Whatever happened to shelter properties' Cause these penny pinchers suck! In case you don't know by now I'm outta this place peace! And good luck in your apartment search.

Your review is utterly ridiculous and if you are gone then I am glad because who needs to be neighors with a resident like you?? You were probably the cause of most of the problems writing a review with bad grammar and ending it with peace....I am confused.

Ok I will admit my review had a few grammatical errors, I also used humor and a little sarcasim in my review. Guilty as charged, lock me up throw away the key! No better yet make me renew my lease!!! Anyway I would like to know how I could have been the cause of the numerous problems that I pointed out in my review? I did not build/design this place. I am responsible for maitaining this place, j did not hire the staff that works here. So unless you know some way that I could have been the cause of this, please let me know and I promise you I will correct it seriously! What I think is the issue here is, "you" know who I am, and you know that I called you out at one point. So in an attempt to save face (good luck with that one) you wanna point me out as the bad person. Some stuff I will take the blame for, however I have nothing to do with what goes on in this community. I just go to work then home and shut the door. Barely ever there. So please do all of the remaining people in your complex a favor and worry more about getting this place up in occupancy, and less about responding to reviews of your "luxury" apts. As for me, I'm off to Miami, GO RAVENS!!! And sorry for poor grammer and puntuation, I actually have real work to do, I'm typing this on my blackberry so it will contain errors. Sorry! Bring out them lease renewal papers! And I'm still leaving you with a Peace!!!

Good for you!!!! Your right about this place, it is horrible, and the worst of it is the management, both at the complex and the wonderful "powers that be" who hire these people!!!!

I agree that the set up of the master suite floor plan is a bit odd. And I agree that the quality of cable service in this area is very poor. However, Verizon Fios is available in the Windsor Mill area. Individual apartment/townhome communities must have it 'generally' installed within. Should you begin looking for a new place to live, ask the leasing professional if Fios is in their community.
