Contrary to the reviews written by other folks I have never had any problems iving here. I am in love with the fact that the grounds are well kept, that it is well lit, that their locked entry systems actually work, and that the hallways are always clean and smell fresh. I am not sure what buildings these other folks live in but my building is fine. Yes there could be a little bit more space as far as closets go and laundry space but that should be the least of your issues. Crime at any other Fairbrook community is high. Be glad that no one defaces the property and there is no spray paint on the walls and that kids can play freely without any harm being done to them. I have seen and come from worse communities so if you are unhappy then move out. There is nothing that I can't stand more than a complainer who does nothing about their issue. I have never had any problems with management. I am pleasant when I call and I receive that same respect back. My issues are normally fixed within 48 hours as long as they are not emergencies, then that is a different story. In any apartment you live in there is always going to be a little noise because the walls are thin. If that bothers you then BUY A HOME! Don't rent because you are not going to find perfection anywhere. I am happy with The Reserve and I will continue to be a tenant who is respectful of others and pays their rent on time.

Slow day renting apts? Get off the computer everbody knows you work here. The vanacular you use is not that of one who is posting a review on a website. You sound more like a bored leasing agent trying to move units. And doing a bad job, if I must say so myself. Here's a tip, craiglist.com.

Actually I'm not, I am a resident and I would tell you what unit I am in but you could be crazy. I don't have any problems. But it's not right for people to only express negative views what about the positive ones because there are many.

I agree it is most likely one of the ghetto and rude staff that is here posting pretending to be a tenant. Face it, your apartments are GARBAGE!! The only thing high end about them is the rent. I would advise anyone who is seeking an apartment not to rent here!! You will regret it!

I agree with the most recent posting 01/01/2009, the place is garbage!!!! As for the person's who wrote the compliment, you probably are someone from the office, or you live in the building they live in. Trust me, it was not safe to have your kids outside alone, the kids in the complex curse and fight, the management blames the good kids, my niece was one of the ones blamed for the trash outside at the playground, and yet she went out almost every day and cleaned up after the kids who are completely disrespectful. When these things are brought to managements attention, they do nothing about it, and they never apologized to my niece for accusing her of trashing the playground. Not to mention the amount of dog crap around, no one ever cleans up after themselves, including one of the members of the front office. Trust the remarks made by the majority, DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!
