I never had any problems that went unfixed. Mr. Cogliati is very aware of the property and what goes on. He runs the apartments well and does not allow for his tenants to be out of control. The only increase in my rent was about a year ago when they added basic cable to the package. I pay 30.00 more than I did before so not a bad trade off.
