 University Terrace at 1800 S. 8th Street isn´t bad if you´re attending Baylor. Close to campus, it´s an easy block walk which means you don´t have to buy a parking sticker. But it is noisy here; facing Bagby Ave. means ... more

this backyard is nasty (this is not the only one) a pit bull lives here and the lease says no dogs more that 30lbs this dogs barks ALL the time and at kids too. Yards should be kept up with and its not. ( you cant see but there is dog poo everywhere).
