large apartments, for a resonable rate. - I have lived at this complex for some years and I didn´t have any problems. I do feel there is no perfect place, everywhere has it´s up and downs. The complex is nice and clean, staff are friendly, and maintenace is always on top of their work orders. You will love the apartment manager, they have a stable crew working. Now as for the downs there has been a couple of cars broken into but ...Full review of Colonial Arms Apartments

really enjoy living here - I have lived at Woodway Park Townhouses for close to 2 years. I can honestly say that it has been the best renting experience I have had. The management is super nice and accommadating. If something is in need of repair, they send someone out to fix it within 48 hours. The townhouses themselves are a little older but the square footage is great and the view from the balcony of the old ...Full review of Woodway Park Townhouses

Nice and quiet. - Some of the units needed an update when I stayed there, but lo and behold, they were doing just that when we left. Very cool "shotgun" front-and-back door design here. The one-bedroom we were in was nice and spacious. Lovely vaulted ceilings. Unfortunately, it also had some pretty bad electric bills every now and then, but that's expected for a top-floor end ...Full review of Clay Commons

convienent location - I lived here for four and a half years and enjoyed it. It was a quiet area since most of the units were one bedrooms. Across the street were duplexes with mainly older persons living there. The apartments were large with plenty of closet space. My only complaint was the bug problem. I couldn't seem to get rid of my "guests". The same manager and maintence were there my entire time and I ...Full review of Creole Apartments

Loved it! - I lived here for about a year, I would still be there if I hadn't needed a bigger place. While there is no pool or other amenities there is a laundry on the facility. I never had any problems that went unfixed. Mr. Cogliati is very aware of the property and what goes on. He runs the apartments well and does not allow for his tenants to be out of control. If ever I needed a 1 bedroom again ...Full review of Tech Air Village Apartments on N Lacy Dr

Not bad, if you´re in college. - University Terrace at 1800 S. 8th Street isn´t bad if you´re attending Baylor. Close to campus, it´s an easy block walk which means you don´t have to buy a parking sticker. But it is noisy here; facing Bagby Ave. means there´s lots of traffic all hours of the day and night. And lots of people honk their horns, etc as they drive by their friend´s apartments, so it ...Full review of 1800 University Terrace

good and bad - The apartments are great. They are in a great location, have a cool look and are secure. The washer and dryer are wonderful and the layout of the apartments makes them very attractive. We have had very few problems. This is a very pet friendly building. However, the management leaves much to be desired. We have not had many problems (except the elevators), but when something does ...Full review of Behrens Lofts

Quiet......country living - We have lived at Red Oak for about 5 monthes. It was the best choice we ever made. Its so quiet, management is great. Our kids love it and we feel safe as they play outside. Management does alot for the residents and have lots of programs for the children and seniors. It has a waiting list but its worth the wait. ...Full review of Red Oak Townhome Community
