Nice place, old but well-kept, awesome manager - The manager, Jack, is freaking awesome and is willing to work with you on anything. The apartments aren't amazingly nice, but they are well-kept and well-maintained. If anything breaks, it'll be fixed within a day. Great place if you like peace and quiet - I have been living in the complex since 08/09. 80% of the residents are retired, so it is very quiet.
