Obviously whomever wrote the other revues must be the managers at Waco Park. They are running a racket, literally. When I moved in there was a stain on my carpet (candle wax) that covered approximately ten square feet. The managers lazy husband was sent to replace it, but since the stain was too big he said that I would have to pay to replace the carpet. When I finally got new carpet they said they could raise the pet deposit (not in lease). As far as the parking, ha. And the gates are always broken. What a bunch of worthless, petty crooks. Only inhabit this stink hole if you have a good attorney; it's a good thing I did.
