I lived in Waco Park for 3 years and never had any major problems. I loved Claudia, the manager, and maintanence requests were always taken care of in a very timely manner. Not having washer and dryer was inconvenient, esp. because the laundry room only took tokens that could only be purchased with a check during office hours. All in all, good location, decent price, a good deal.

Waco park was great, Abbey Glenn not! Manager is very unhelpful once you move in. Police doesnt patrol. Sucks now!
