The management is very professional and very courteous - more than that; they are really likeable. Any time I had a maintenance problem, that same day they would have a maintenance person come by. The maintenance men were very nice and always left a note when they came in your apartment to fix something so that you knew exactly what was done.
These apartments are very spacious especially for the amount of money you pay. The grounds are always well-kept. There is a nice park in the center of the apartments where you can walk your dog, run, or play with your children. The community is gated, so I felt safe. The parking lot is well lighted. It's really close to the Baylor campus.

Waco park was great, Abbey Glenn not! Manager is very unhelpful once you move in. Police doesnt patrol. Sucks now!
