I lived in Waco Park my senior year downstairs. I HATED it my first 4 months because I had to fight crickets everyday! They finally got pest control, but after a week those crickets were everywhere. I woke up with one in my hair. Once winter came and they died off, I found it a good place to live. Alot of space and cheap rent. If you move there, just move on the top floor, less crickets.
