Not sure who posted these wonderful comments below, but Waco Park is not all that wonderful. The property is not the nicest. I wouldn't tell someone to live there. I've lived at a few other places that are much nicer for a decent rate.

Someone told me the manager did it with different emails. And the 70 some percent comes from Waco Park which was supposedly better than Abbey Glenn.
