There are a lot of good things about Abbey Glenn. It is cheap comparable to other apartment complexes around Baylor (all the leasing companies know they have Baylor students and their parents by the balls and therefore charge double what the apartments should be worth), but still much more than it should be. Because the units are old, they are not as energy efficient say as the Outpost or the Grove. The management is very friendly. Safety is an issue - gates don't work, parking is not so great, anyone can get in the complex if they want to. Cars get broken into and there is a shady hotel across the street. The pool is nice and most of the residents are fun. So... not a bad place to live overall.

there was something crawling in my walls all year, it sounded huge! all the cold/or hot air comes in through the windows/doors. cabinets are very old.
they are chargin a lot more this year for the half ass booger paint they put on the buildings and boulders they randomly placed around the property.
random people inhabit waco (try living below a family of god knows how many 5 yr olds)!
best/only good thing about AG was the handyman.
