I was a Baylor student, with a two bedroom. After they changed management we moved in from Sterling/University Parks. I loved the management, they were on top of everything for the most part. The parking did suck but oh well we made it work out. Again the apartment was large for a great price especially considering all the things they give you. I really have no complaints at all. There were a few cars broken into which is nobodies fault. I just feel if you dont give a person a reason to be interested at whats in your car you shouldn't have stuff out for them to see. I kept my car clean, and nobody ever touched it. The neighbors were great, the events were great, if they had it in Dallas I'd move in here!

See ever person thinks the parking sucks and all management states is park in the visitor sections and then what happens? Vehicles get broken into. That means that there really be a serious problem and the management should listen and address it instead of avoiding the issue.

Cars are going to be broken into wherever you decide to go. This is Waco! I lived on the other side of I-35 (Baylor side) before I lived here and there was much more of a problem with car break-ins than at Abbey Glenn. I have no problem letting my visitors park outside the gate so I (the resident) can park near my apartment.

Jennifer Kalina is a joke. If you come to her with any problem all she will say is exactly what she said above, that it happens at every other apartment complex, which is not true. Dont let her make you think you are getting the respect you deserve as a renter.
