We have now been at Arlington Farms for 2.5 years and at the end of this, our last lease, we will have spent three years here. We have had little problems to speak of, due to exceptionally friendly and helpful management. However, be aware that Arlington Farms is now under new management and has begun sacrificing security for monetary purposes. Arlington Farms is located is a less than desirable area, as it bumps right up to government subsidized housing. Until now, we have experienced zero security issues due to the tall fences and security guards. The new management has chosen to leave the gates open now, which invites undesirables to march in and have their way with our property.

When we signed our most recent lease, it was under the impression that our property would be secure. We no longer feel secure and hope this group decides to uphold the residents desires to have security revamped.

New residents can also expect less than adequate lawn care in the future. Word is that changes have been made to lessen landscaping costs, as well.
