knee-jerk management

This is a nice complex, actually an ideal situation, but the management tends to take a reactive, knee-jerk approach to solving problems. Be aware that their management techniques can be a bit shady and they would screw you for a candy bar.
Also, "gated" community is a bit of a misnomer, as the back gate is non-functional 80 percent of the time.
Jory, the front gate guard, is really cool though...tell her hi.
