I've been living in this complex for a couple years now, and have been quite satisfied in general. The price is very good, especially compared to some of the other apartments around the city. The apartments are decently built and laid out; however, in multi-bedroom apartments (particularly the 4-br) the bedrooms are not equally sized, creating a disproportionate floorplan for individuals.

The buildings are spaced out nicely, and parking is quite adequate in my opinion. Landscaping is beautiful and well-kept. Maintanence is usually responsive and takes care of the job well. I've had few technical/maintanence problems at all, and they were fixed within a day.

As with other reviewers, however, I do not like the management here. They aren't very polite or responsive, and are not particularly organized at all. They have (and have always had, even before the new management) bad hours too, from 8:30 to 12, closed for lunch, and then 1 to 5. Weekdays *only* (used to be weekends, but they removed that). This is a big problem for someone who works an 8-to-5 job. They take care of the basics (lease management) fair enough, and are "good enough" if you don't have to deal with them for anything more than the leasing. If you need more from them, you'll be disappointed.

Overall, I recommend this apartment complex, particularly for college students looking for affordable housing and a great location (it's just a few miles from Baylor campus). The relatively poor management can be ignored if your only requirement is a lease contract. The good up-keep of the buildings and landscape and the price are what make this place worthwhile.
