I've been living in AF for 3.5 years. Overall I really like it here. I've read the other reviews and can understand people's frustrations with mgmt. The bottom line is that mgmt is forced to deal with a lot of students who don't always respect them; therefore, I think they sometimes treat everyone as though they're trouble makers. I have never had any problems with new or old mgmt. They have always been more than friendly to me.

One reason I'm thinking about leaving AF is the fact that there are no washer/dryer hookups. However, for the rent I'm paying I shouldn't complain. This place is ideal for those who have pets because there are so many places to walk your dog.

I would definitely recommend AF to anyone ... student or not. The noise levels can be a bit much sometimes, but not that bad around the one bedrooms.
