grounds are not well-kept. The residence leave beer cans/bottles across the lawn, cigarette butts are all over the sidewalks. Club house is in disrepair. They have a pool table, but the cue is broken. They have a hottub but it wont get hot. They have a coin laundry room but half the machines dont work and you don't know it so you keep wasting your money on machines that dont work. One bathroom has lots of storage space, but the other has none. I'm not sure what the total rent is because I only pay my share.
