I just moved here and I seem to love it so far. Management is great, nice, and laid-back. The apartment is in nice shape.
I noticed some complained about the pool, the yard, and clubhouse not meeting thier expectations. Even with me being new around here, I have already witnessed many RESIDENTS destroying items in the clubhouse and dirtying the pool. Maintence and Management had this cleaned in no time at all.
Seems to me the problem is not maintence or managment. It's just that some people still want thier "Mama's" to come around and clean up thier messes, when they actually need to just grow up and take responsiblity for thier own actions.
