I have no major complaints other than the place really isn't that great. It is cheap for a reason people. Yes, the staff is stupid but what do you expect from people with GED's' The apt's are kinda dirty and not great... but if you are just looking for a place to sleep with a roof over your head for not much money...this is the place for you.
