Things at Arlington Farms are not always what they seem. Sure, its a great place to be but some people just try to screw us all the time. By that I mean, the rent!! The rent here is so high, its ridiculous. I also heard that they are hurting on people moving in, well instead of giving us money to get people in (which is all good and all) How about you lower the RENT!!! Also, there is this ridiculous new rule that we can't have patio furniture outside, thats ridiculous in itself, because I have a chair and they belong outside and thats where they are staying. I moved in a while ago, everything is great MAINTENCE, THE OFFICE STAFF (Especially the HISPANIC WOMAN:) THEY, as in they I mean everyone in that office, are what is helping me decide to sign my renewl to stay. I mean there is nothing better then to go in that office and see those beautiful ladies and grab a cookie!!!!!!! (YUMMY) The only thing that would be cool, if instead of BAYLOR, BAYLOR, BAYLOR, yall should cater to other needs. I am at TSTC, why can't they get a trolly for us''' Just because we can't pay the 40,000 in tuition to attend a 4 year college'' Oh well, ARLINGTON FARMS IS THE BEST!!! Change a few things around the property and nobody will ever leave and EVERYONE WILL COME!!!
