The apartment complex is great if you have dogs and you don't mind living in a small bedrooms. However, it is old and everything breaks. While living there for three years, my air-conditioning, water heater, dishwasher, and microwave all broke taking 3 weeks to get fixed. The dishwasher flooded my kitchen and took 5 times to fix over 1 year.The apartments are not sealed correctly around the windows leaking in air and causing electricity bills to be $100-$200 on average. Management is very unproffesional and doesn't maintain the appropriate paperwork, so make copies of every check and ask for a receipt. They have a habit of loosing necessary paperwork. Overall, I would not reccomend living here.
