A. I don't believe a bunch of "great place to lives" comments and 5.0's, especially when they are all posted in spurts, the same day, like 3-5 at a time.
B. no place is a 5.0 unless you are getting free massages for living there
C. A farms is pretty cool, i've had friends live there with only the usual complaints but nothing too big.
my only knock is that its far away and you really miss out on the "college" scene if your a student there...and my neighbors were 99% baylor students.
the rent isnt too bad, but for how far away it is / cost of living there you mind as well live in a fat house out somewhere 10 minutes away from campus.
