So another management change is underway, again!! Since I have lived here 3 manangers have come and gone, we thought the last one was bad, just wait until you meet the new one. She is extremely rude, doesn't follow through with what she says she is going to do(this is the 6th time we have had to ASK for someone to fix something in our apt.) Why can't the company hire people that look professional and not like they just "rolled out of bed"''' If you have complaints on this complex call the Austin office, the people that actually have a say on issues, because the new management (aka... Angie) is just as bad as the old! 1st graders could run this place better!!! Rent is cheap because the property looks like crap, 1/2 of the stairs are broken and unpainted, it looks horrible! Save your money and rent somewhere else!
