if you like black mold and hearing gunshots constantly

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
 
I could hear men fighting, babies crying, women yelling, and gunshots from the apartment across the street.

I was approached by a wierd person holding a gun while getting into my car one night. I began screaming and he ran away.

Black mold was a problem.
