Pretty good for college students

The grounds are really nice. There is a pool, basketball courts, sand volleyball, and frisbee golf. The guards are extremely friendly. Our minor repairs have been taken care of in a more or less timely manner. Just try to get put in a "quiet" area and pray for nice neighbors.
