Moved there for the rent. It's cheap, but they have been raising prices and it may not even be a bargain anymore. I'm using the word bargain here to mean that you trade your sense of self-worth for cheap rent. If you're so poor that you're like, collecting tin cans for cash on a weekly basis, then go ahead and live here. But arm yourself. If you believe decent management, adherence to health codes, an altogether absence of gunshots, etc. are good things, you should go ahead and live someplace else. I will say this: Parking is fairly ample. There are plenty of spots to leave your car and have it broken into. Really, don't even check this place out. Like, you shouldn't have even finished this review.
