I've lived here for a while and since we've changed management, things have gotten much nicer. With the old owners, things weren't exactly being taken care of; but, since then a lot has changed. There is 24 hour maint. and it seems that every month something around here is improved upon. Arlington Farms since I've been here has always been nice, quiet for the most part and a good place to live. Everything is pretty new and with a little paint on the walls, you wouldn't think twice about it being a "college" area apartment complex. You can have pets for a nominal fee (a lot cheaper than the few places right next to campus) and you don't have to deal Baylor DPS. It is a gated community with a guard on duty in the evenings. The front gate has its malfunctioning moments at times. I personally like living here, there are some colorful people that live here that I would call annoying and rude, but the other 90% of people stick to their own business and look out for their neighbors. As for rent, it has gone down about $100 from the previous owners and they keep the place looking nicer.
