I just moved into Arlington Farms and must say overall I am very impressed. The only thing is to be careful about your lease, read everything and don't let them change it after you sign it. Maintenance is great and are very courteous. I am young and a student, but sometimes the noise is pretty bad. There is no reason for 5 or 10 people to be in the courtyard at 3 in the morning screaming, and drunk. People need to learn to have respect for their neighbors. The Gates are a hassle but they do keep the ghetto out of here. The hot tub is never hot and is dirty. Still with the bad comes a lot of good. Its peaceful during the days and the apartments are well maintained and redone nicely. I would reccomend Arlington Farms any day of the week.

I agree totaly, people are really loud there, but like you said its worth it for the money
