It is close to Baylor so there are a lot of college students living here. Apartments are old, but since new management, there has been a lot of remodeling. Maintenance people are awesome and work fast. This facility is gated and there is a security guard at night. There is a workout facility, but it is little and the equipment is old. There is a swimming pool and hot tub. However, the hot tub is not always working. There is an alright frisbee golf course, a worn down sand volleyball court, and a track that goes around the apartment. Someone looking at it for the first time might think that it is ghetto, but it is not. It welcomes college students and families.
