Pros: Friendly management staff, fast maintenance service, spacey floor plans, nice grounds (big pool, cool club house, running track, and resort style hot tub), shuttle bus to Baylor, cheap utilities ($50 avg/mo. for electric), very secure complex (night watchmen, surveilance videos, good access gates, and crime-free housing program)
Cons: Area gets really swampy when it rains, some ghetto people live here, no laundry in unit, lots of residents own big & aggresive breed dogs
Overall, this place has been the best apartment for me so far. Highly recommend it
