These apartments used to be a great place to live until the new management took over. The new lady went around handing out violations to everyone in to complex as soon as she started. Most of the violations that she handed out were not even right she blamed the wrong people for things and didnt even apologize for being wrong. She is very rude to talk to all she does is talk down to you, the first 2 weeks before you sign she is very nice but as soon as you sign she pulls a 180 and becomes rude and inconsiderate. This place would be a great place if it had a different manager. Many of the shingles on the roofs are flying off, the walls in the apartments are cracking, many of the buildings are not even level, there are water leaks, the windows make constant noise and flap with the wind, there is no light in the living room, walls are paper thin i hear my neighbors, buildings need new paint, hot water only last 5 minutes, and the manager is very biased.

Well, so far I think the manager is better than the previous one. But you got somethings right. Hot water cannot last more than 5 minutes. I am hoping they can fix the damage what previous manager intended not to fix.

This young man hss to understand we just went through a major storm. I know who wrote this and he is a bully. The manager just will not engage in conversation with someone that is out of control
