I lived here 3 years and the new manager is friendly, caringing & helpful. Every time I have requested a repair the response has been quickly and done right the first time. Following the repair someone from the office calls to be sure I am happy with the work done. The manager often comes out of her office to visit with the residents in the club house with refreshments. This current manager is doing something about the vast amount of dog poop by enforcing the city law and pet being responsible for pet waste. I really like the new attitude of the staff since she came to the apartments.

Ok, so I'm pretty sure that the ex-manager herself (Carol Abel), is responsible for this last post. She is a terrible manager and is the most rude and unfriendly person you will ever meet. Disregard this post with 100% assurance that it is false.
