Ghetto and Dirty Management as well as property

I've been living here for a while now and this old crap shack keeps getting bandaid repairs. It was built in like the 70's and the manager MARIBEL BRAVO is a crook! She has actually gotten into a fist fight with a tenant and then evicted the person. She only moves in her ghetto, trashy, rowdy, and disrespectful freinds. Constant partying and drunk people walking around all hours of the night. The way you know that this place is trash is because it's been sold about 5 times now. I would NOT recommend living there, unless you like trash.
