The area is quickly decending. Crime is way too high, although the complex provides drive by security and Waco PD frequents the area. Office staff is great, but is not upfront about crime and the pool is often too dirty. Ample college kids and litter. Apartments are very small, but have stackable washer/dryer. Most of the complex is very well lit. If you're going to move here, get an alarm for your car.
