I lived here for six months while my wife and I were separated. I did have a bug problem at first, but the management was top notch and sprayed multiple times during my first couple of weeks there. No problems after that. No problems with noise, but this could have been because I lived right next to the manager of the complex. She was super sweet and very helpful. Maintenace showed up within hours of a call, not days. The pool was closed often, but I would rather them close it and clean/stabilize it rather than swimming in goo. The washer/dryer combo was what sold me. I didn't want to spend hours at the on site laudry mat. I felt completely safe at all times and had no problems with crime/theft. Overall, a very good place to live.
