I have been living at Baxter crossing for a substansial amount of time. I have come to realize that the seemingly nice appearance of the complex and the seemingly relious lady running the complex is an illusion. I had complained quite a few times where maintenance is concerned. Finally, after nothing was done, I went in to speak with the manager. Upon arriving she acted too busy to see me. So, after waiting ten minutes for her to get off of the phone. She came in and I began complaining about maintenance, and her poor management skills for not making sure maintenance was complete. I suppose she had a bad day because she then began shouting at me, throwing all her Christian morals out the window. I have been checking into a way to correct her shouting at residents, who pay too much many any wayy.
