Plenty of parking. Good, friendly management. Maintenance promptly handles any problems. Baxter crossing apartments are the best "bang for your buck" in Waco. Water problems occasionally but they were usually city problems and not apt. complex problems.

Now, I think this review sounds like it was written by management from Baxter Crossing. It sounds like an ad trying to get people to move in. "Best bang for your buck"??? No one writes a review like that unless you work for the place. COME ON!
