We got a $49 deposit refund out of $125 deposit. We tried real hard to clean everything. But it was our first apartment together. We also snuck a cat in.

$50 application fee

We had to constantly pay rent with moneyorders instead of checks. That was an annoying requirement.

Cute floorplan. Kitchen was easy access. Washer/Dryer had it's own little closet so it could be kept quiet.

Bedroom closet space was pretty small. But hey, it was only 600 sq ft.

We had our car broken into. :(

Then we got smart. Bought an MP3 player, bought a used FACTORY radio with all the hookups. Never had a problem since.

We had some roach and ant problems at that time. But once the maintenance came in they never came back.

When we lived there, the speed bumps were huge and the road was ugly. I don't know if this has changed.

Noise level was quiet, but the droning of cars on Highway 6 was a little annoying.

Overall nice apartments next to Richland Mall and a very nice suburbia. We used to go running on a track at a nearby school. That was cool. Taj maHEB was right down the corner as was Target Greatland.
