These apartments are very over-priced for what you are getting. The apartments are very small and old. I have noticed that my whole apartment tilts. There's always something that needs to be fixed. The pool is poorly maintained and really small. Most days it's not even open.
We had some of the same problems that other people have listed about management. However, Denise recently got replaced, so that may be some good news for the residents of Baxter Crossing. I did like that they kept the lawns well-trimmed, even though the walls are paper-thin and it's really loud. Washers and dryers in every unit is really handy. I never had an insect problem but I did have a mouse one time. They spray for insects every 3 months, but make sure you call them when it's time to replace your a/c filter!
A fireplace is a real waste of space since there is no winter in Texas. And the patio door adds lots of heat which can make your electric bill really high!
And I almost forgot to mention the gunshots that you'll hear ever so often. It makes you feel REALLY safe.
