The maintenance men have got to be the worst ever. Our Ac did not work all summer and it still does not work. We had them come fix it several times. They sent the same guy everytime and get this the guy they sent was mad that he had to work. He told me that he never turnes the ac on in his house unless it is 110 in there he was not clean and made my house smell bad. He also told me that Ac's are not suposto cool your house down but to just keep it at room temp ot higher. This place hires the most incompetent people. I asked for weather stripping 8 months ago I still call them and they have yet to get it for me.They have charged us more for a bill that we paid but they forgot to file it.The people around the apartments are awfull. Some of them not all of them now are to loud and Everyday I smell and see people using weed outside. It gets into my house and I HATE IT!!. Not to mention there was a shooting just a few weeks back and a high speed pursuit right through here. Its not a safe place to be for your health and for your sanity. I bet thats why right infront of it there is a mental hospital nursing home.
