I moved in at the begging of September...and informed them of SEVERAL probelms....such as my AC not working at all, my dryer not working, or my dishwasher...etc. They came to look at it and fixed nothing, but said they would be back the next day....When I moved out in September, they had NEVER returned to even look at it again or fix it. We went an ENTIRE YEAR with NO MAINTENANCE!!!! Not to mention the fact that the ENTIRE building was INFESTED with cockroaches!!!!! Pest control NEVER came, and we sprayed ever week to keep them out...but to no avail. Both of our toilets stopped working the last month, and the showers were full of moldy grout. It was DISGUSTING!!!!! And they charged us over $1,000 to move out for "damage" we caused...Horrible living conditions and incompetent staff. DO NOT MOVE HERE EVER!!!!!!! And not to mention, it took them 7 months to figure out they were over charging us for rent the whole time...
