I love it here!

But... I don't know if my roommate and I are the exception.

I think this complex is one of the nicer ones that I looked at for the price you pay. 1100 sq. feet at $615 a month. Free cable and wireless, all bills paid except electricity, which, for us averages around $150 a month. I mean, it's a steal!

Haven't had many maintanence problems to begin with, but when we did, the guy came over the next day and fixed the problem.

Parking' A big portion of the parking lot is next to the pool... so, I don't think it's hard to park here, just maybe not directly in front of your unit.

Management is amazing! I love Janice - she's so nice. She's always willing to work with you, and seems like she really likes what she does. She just started allowing pets with leases for 2007, but there's a pretty steep deposit. $500, but you get $250 back upon moving out.

The only thing I'd be worried about is being stuck with the Baylor Green carpet, so before signing a lease, you may want to check on that. Otherwise, I love the whole place and set up.

My only complaints would be that - it seems like the pool is never clean, and I know the hot tub definitly isn't. Secondly - the laundry facilities are... adequate.

The best part' Two blocks from campus! That means no parking sticker. Honestly, it's a closer walk to my classes now then it was when I lived in the dorms.
