I lived at Baylor Plaza I for six years in two different apartments. It's affordable, it's close to campus, and the maintenance crew and office staff are both filled with wonderful people who are always ready and eager to please.

What you should know: this is a COLLEGE APARTMENT, plain and simple. People who live here throw parties. People have been living here for a long time. The interiors have been repainted and carpets replaced many times, but this is not a new complex. It won't be advertised as "upscale" or "luxury" and for good reason. But it's the perfect distance from campus and the price is right.

Our air conditioner broke frequently, but that's just life in Waco. Maintenance was always quick to fix it, and we were never without air for more than a day at a time.

Great place, I'd do it all over again.
