I liked this place. It was cheap, easy to get to class, and quiet. (Except for my neighbor who loved heavy metal at 4am). No crime that I could tell, appliances worked, walls were painted, carpet was in good condition, clean, NO BUGS. There were occassionally wild animals hanging around in the courtyard (I remember thinking WOW that's a big raccoon and WTF an opossum) but not often. Nice pretty courtyard. Lots of stray cats (they were nice though, must have been abandoned kitties, how sad). No pets allowed. You can get it furnished, which is good if you're a student. Only major problem I had was No Dishwasher but they tell you that upfront (I thought it was a good tradeoff for cheap and good location). Overall, I'd recommend it.
