Before we moved in, they put in new carpet, new flooring, and painted the walls. Our oven broke while we lived here. We called, they came out the same day, and we had a new one installed the very next day! The walls are so thick, I never hear my neighbors, and I love the grass we have right outside our apartment. The only problem I would say is that parking can get full at night Overall, it is a really good buy for what you get, and I always feel safe here. The keys are electronic, so I feel safe that no one could ever pick the lock to break in. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!
