First of all this whole complex should be restaffed. The employees obviously havn't taken and business managent course or else thay would see how extremely unprofessional they are being. If the manager and the maintaince man choose to respond to negative reviews they should only quote policy instead of adding their personal crap into their response. Opon reading these terrible reviews and even worse responses by the staff I definatly will NOT be moving into the complex, and until this situation with the staff is resolved I wouldn't recomend anyone else even view this property.

It seems to me that maybe the whole complex dosent need to be fired just that manager and "maintaince" man. the only two people I ever see working here are the assistant manager and that skinny lady. All I ever see the maintaince doing is sitting in the office talking to the manager. It seems that they are a little too cozy with each other, maybe his ---- should worry more about whats happening while her -------- on the "job" and less about the other residents.

I'm so glad that people are opening their eyes to the way these people are running the complex. I really hope that the owners take a look at these reviews and make some real changes.
